This messageboard should be used to post the text only of minutes from meetings. By rights they should be available to all students, so this is the best current place to put them until our new website is ready.
If each set of minutes could please be posted as a new thread, then that would be easiest to keep on top of and any relevent comments can be made directly to those minutes.
(Note: this should not replace sending minutes round the crew via e-mail. This is a back-up only. This thread will be locked and made sticky in 7 days time for simplicity).

Full minutes should be sent round as per the way I sent them, and Alison before me.Spike wrote:What format will the minutes be posted in here? A full set of the minutes as we had under phil's reign of terror or just a simple crew list?
The forum should have a simple copy of the minutes (i.e. Copy, Paste, Submit) so that there is a back up location just in case someone deletes an e-mail by accident etc.
